Step 1: Contact Us First
Email us at info@KinsmanandCompany.Shop within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return or exchange
- The reason for your return
Step 2: Wait for Our Response
We'll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on where to send your item. Please do not ship anything back before hearing from us — items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Step 3: Package Your Item
Once your return is approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging with tags attached. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Step 4: Ship It Back
Please note that we do not provide a return shipping label. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
Step 5: Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. For exchanges, we'll work with you to get the right item on its way.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for a cash refund; however, we are happy to offer an exchange. Simply follow the same steps above and mention in your email that your item was a sale purchase or gift card. We'll do our best to make it right!
